Las Vegas is not exactly popular for its healthy lifestyle, but if you start to feel the need for exercising and work outs, opportunities do exist. The highest profile activity these days is golf. WHEN TO GO
The city is at its quietest, during the first few weeks of December and the last few weeks of January. The best time to go to Las Vegas is between Thanksgiving and Christmas. As this is the off season time, the room rates are therefore lowest too.
Christmas and New Year are the busiest periods of all. As this is the tourist season, you will need to plan your trip well in advance and make certain that you have your reservations for plane and hotel confirmed.
